This is a very well made heavyduty collar. It is made with patterned webbing and heavy welded hardware. This is not an economy or discount collar. Directions for use: By adjusting the metal slide, open the collar piece wide. Slip it over the dog’s neck and decrease size until you can comfortably slip only a couple of fingers under the collar. The unique limited closure prevents the choke from becoming too tight. Unlike metal choke chains, this collar can be worn at all times.
