If your pet is ever lost, our Pet Recovery Service is here 24-hours per day, 365 days per year, to immediately contact the phone numbers you provided until we reach someone who can help. We’ll track your contact information for home, work, cell, vacation, family, neighbors, friends, pet-sitters & we suggest your vet number in case your pet is found injured.
Instructions to order –
1) Order one or more LuckyPet Pet ID Tags. To see all of our pet tags, just click our name LuckyPet found just under the title of this page! Please note: The tag pictured is just a sample of one of many of our pet tags available. It is required to purchase one or more of our pet tags in order to sign up with this service. A tag is not included in the one-time $9.95 charge for OwnerAlert!.
2) Order the Owner Alert Lost Pet Recovery Service. You only need to order it once, regardless of the number of pets you’re ordering for, because the one time charge covers every pet in your home.
3) Provide us with a list of additional contact information. Provide phone, text, and email information for us to contact in case your pet is found. We will keep this in our database (you can contact us to update it any time).
To provide the info, you can either send us a message through Amazon after placing your order, or input that information into the Gift Message section when placing the order.
After custom engraving each pet tag per your preference, we’ll add the OwnerAlert! 800 number to the bottom line of each tag. (As shown on sample picture on this listing.)
The OwnerAlert! Service is good for a lifetime and you can update your contact information on file at any time, for no charge, just by contacting us anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
