The necklace is available in 2 sizes: The Small pendant measures 1-inch tall by wide The Large pendant measures 1 & 1/4-inch tall by wide Both sizes come with a 27-inch chain that fits over the head and does not have a clasp.
Both sizes come with the medical symbol. The Large (pictured) has a smaller medical symbol with engraving above it on the same side. The Small, however, has a large medical symbol that covers the entire front and then engraving will be on the back.
