The Micro iDT Plus is the perfect choice for all around Dog Obedience Training. It is also just as at home in the field or marsh due to the rugged and compact design. The small, lightweight collar unit fits in the palm of your hand and is easy wearing on the dog for those long days in the field. The collar is 100% waterproof, rechargeable, and fits small to large dogs, fully adjustable in ½ inch increments from 7 inch to 22 inch. The transmitter (remote) is coated with a soft touch material, and it is Weatherproof just in case you ever need to use it in nasty conditions. The Micro iDT Plus features D. T. ’s own Maxx Range 360 technology which involves 360 degree FM signal reception due to the antenna for the collar being woven into the collar strap. This ensures that you will always get a strong and positive signal no matter the training conditions and with a range of 900 yards (1/2 Mile) you will have plenty of reach. The Micro iDT Plus also features Vibration Assist vibration training feature (Red button on the side of the Transmitter(remote)), as well as our Gentle Touch Stimulation of 16 levels of static stimulation which is fully user adjustable to fit the needs of any dog and training session. Operating the Micro iDT Plus collar is quick and easy. The On/Off mechanism is magnetically controlled and is operated by touching the side of the transmitter to the front of the collar unit. Once the unit is fully charged and a 9V battery has been inserted into the hand-held transmitter (remote) you are ready to go. The Vibration Assist is controlled by the “VIBE” button on the transmitter (red button on the left side of the unit), and is used to train your dog to specific commands once they learn to associate the “Vibration” with a specific command such as “Here”, “Sit”, “Stay”, “Kennel”, etc. The Vibration is just that, a mild vibration (only, no static stimulation) designed to get the dog’s attention at the moment that you give a command. The Nick function (levels are adjustable from 1-16 on the adjustment dial) is a static stimulation that lasts for less than 1 second and is designed to get the dogs attention during a training session and help them associate that sensation with a given command. The Continuous button (levels are adjustable from 1-16 on the adjustment dial) “CONT” button bottom center grey button on the unit is used for static stimulation and can be held for a maximum of 8 seconds depending on the type of training being done. The SMART L. E.D. system lets you know how much battery charge is left on the units. The range of the transmitter (remote) and collar is around 900 yards (1/2 mile). The Collar is fully waterproof and the transmitter is fully Weather resistant for years of trouble free use.
