The revolutionary new R. A. P. T. 1400 (Rapid Access Pro Trainer) features a patent pending curved transmitter design with a strap to attach to the back of your hand for multiple grip positions. This frees up the hands for ease of use doing other things like throwing dummies, holding a leash, hunting, etc. The Rapid Access button (Red button on top of the transmitter) provides quick corrections when you need it most. This system can expand to a 2-dog or 3-dog system with R. A. P. T. Add on Collars (sold separately). The newly designed small, lightweight collar unit fits in the palm of your hand and is easy wearing on the dog for those long days in the field. The collar is 100% waterproof, rechargeable, and fits small to large dogs, fully adjustable in ½ inch increments from 7 inch to 22 inch. The transmitter is 100% waterproof and it Floats! The R. A. P. T. 1400 features D. T. ’s own Maxx Range 360 technology which involves 360 degree FM signal reception due to the antenna for the collar being woven into the collar strap. This ensures that you will always get a strong and positive signal no matter the training conditions and with a range of 1,400 yards (3/4 Mile) you will have plenty of reach. The R. A. P. Operating the R. A. P. T. 1400 is quick and easy. The On/Off mechanism is magnetically controlled by touching the side of the transmitter to the front of the collar unit. Once the unit is fully charged and a 9V battery has been inserted into the hand-held transmitter (remote) you are ready to go. The Rapid Access Button (Red button on top of the remote) is factory programmed for the “Nick” function (levels are adjustable from 1-16 on the adjustment dial). The Nick function is a static stimulation that lasts for less than 1 second and is designed to get the dogs attention during a training session and help them associate that sensation with a given command. The Rapid Access button can stay in the factory setting of Nick mode, or it can be user programmed for Vibration, or Continuous settings. The Vibration Assist is controlled by the “V” button on the transmitter (The Center grey button on the unit), and is used to train your dog to specific commands once they learn to associate the “Vibration” with a specific command such as “Here”, “Sit”, “Stay”, “Kennel”, etc. The Vibration is just that, a mild vibration (no static stimulation) designed to get the dog’s attention at the moment that you give a command. The Continuous button “C” button top center button on the unit is used for static stimulation & can be held for a maximum of 8 seconds depending on the type of training being done. The “J” Jump button is user programmable for levels from 1-16 for a quick access to an alternative static stimulation level than the current setting for Nick or Constant on the dial. The SMART L. E. D. system lets you know how much battery charge is left on the units. The range of the transmitter (remote) and collar is around 1,400 yards (3/4 mile). The Collar is fully waterproof and the transmitter is waterproof and floating for years of trouble free use.
